Orders That are not paid through PayPal will take Longer to ship...
Orders are processed and shipped out within 7-14 business days.
(Processing begins only after payment as been received and approved.)
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping is FREE on orders over $100. Any orders that are $99.99 or less will be charged a shipping fee based on the size and weight of your package.
MINIMUM ORDER
Unlike other nail supply wholesalers we do not require you to spend a minimum amount to order with us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently ship outside the U.S.
*For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii CONTACT US for the shipping quote. Shipping quotes are based on the size and weight of your shipment.
WRONG ADDRESS/RETURNED MAIL
We encourage our customers to review their orders before submitting. Once an order has been placed we are unable to alter it in any way. This includes changing an address. There will be a RESHIP CHARGE for any packages that are returned and have to be reshipped due to an incorrect address.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT SHOW AS DELIVERED THROUGH TRACKING.
We encourage our customers to review their entire order before submitting. We also encourage sending your packages to an address you deem to be secure. Once an order has been marked as delivered through tracking we can not reship or refund that package for any reason; If your believe your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS customer service or your local USPS for further instructions or to file a claim.
